Background
SOLANDSEAS was founded by Ben Solzi following over 15 years of experience delivering large-scale developments under leading international developers and contractors.
Working in senior roles across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East, this experience includes residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use projects - many of which have been recognised internationally for design and delivery excellence.

With over 15 years of experience, Ben has led the design and construction of more than 1.5 million square meters across multiple sectors within real estate development.
His track record spans residential, hospitality, retail, and urban regeneration projects - working alongside some of the world’s leading developers, contractors, and design teams to deliver complex, high-value schemes.
Nadiia Solzi - Marketing Director
Nadiia leads marketing and communications at SOLANDSEAS, supporting international clients and partners.
With a background across multiple countries and fluency in several languages, she contributes to the company’s global outlook and ability to operate across diverse markets.
