Ben Solzi - Founder & CEO
Ben Solzi is a real estate development specialist with extensive experience leading large-scale projects across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East.
He has managed the design and construction of more than 1.5 million square meters across residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use developments - working with leading developers, contractors, and design teams on internationally recognised schemes.
His role has consistently focused on client-side leadership - aligning acquisition strategy, design coordination, and construction delivery to ensure projects are commercially viable, technically resolved, and successfully delivered.

Projects are led from the client’s perspective, ensuring that decisions made at early stages are carried through to delivery without compromise - reducing risk, maintaining design integrity, and protecting commercial outcomes.
