Following the receipt of Planning permission, we were tasked to monitor and coordinate the detailed design development for the 470 Acre regeneration scheme, From BDP's 2,000+ drawings to the fine tuning of the detailed design by the prestigious 'SOM' Architects, the project achieved the desired 'Merit Award for Excellence in Urban Design', by the 'American Institute of Architects '(AIA)
