CONSTRUCTION MONITORING

Leveraging our experience from managing the construction of over 1.5 million m², we offer our clients detailed reports following each site visit, progress meetings or design team meetings to address progress on site against programme, quality, regulatory, Health & Safety, and any other potential risks or concerns, together with financial assessment for milestone and contract variations payments.

CONTRACTOR tENDER

Whether you wish to use a main contractor, main contractor with specialist sub-contractors or simply reduce your contractor's overheads and profits, we are able to provide our clients with tailor made Construction Management Services; Including Tendering, Managing and Monitoring all Sub-Contractors under one umbrella of responsibility.

We are able to break down all the construction elements to the smallest activity and restructure programmes to highly efficient work plans. RISK mitigation

We provide our clients with detailed Risk Assessments and Method Statements to identify and factor-in all possible risks involved. Our Commercial awareness and Construction knowledge can assist our clients to determine the ideal payments strategy for all project stakeholders and thereafter, monitor progress to ensure all payments are released accordingly.  Whilst can carry out site visits during the Construction stage, we pride ourselves for being able to provide our clients with solid cost advise throughout the design development stages, where we can guarantee major cost savings to occur during each and every stage.  

CLIENT VARIATIONS

Post Contract changes to the design are at times inevitable, when this does occur, we would assess and coordinate with all project stakeholders. to ascertain the proposed variation for Cost, Programme and Quality implications, ensure our clients understand the impacts of the proposed variations and process all agreed changes in the design through the appropriate streamlined procedure.

Value Engineering in the process of reducing Project Cost, whilst NOT compromising on the Quality of the final product. We can offer technical design solutions to reduce anticipated project cost during the design stage and advise on the most advanced and latest construction methods to reduce cost impacts on site.
