DESIGN COORDINATION

Building contract
The Building Contract is often overlooked, yet one of the most critical documents in the entire Development process. By reviewing, commenting and adding critical information to the Building Contract, we can ensure the contractor can understand the client's design vision and requirements, whilst helping our clients understand the agreed Scope of Works and where their funds are allocated to.
